RUNAWAYS

Getting started in RUNAWAYS

What this gets you: Complete your first rob → pawn → fuel loop and point the car south toward Mexico.

Written for patch beta-sep-2026 · 2026-09-05

Run order

  1. Redeem SUPERCAT and RUN in Shop → Codes if they still work (listed unverified)
  2. Leave Basic for Scout when you can; keep Claptima until you have spare Credz
  3. Follow green tutorial arrows — rob a house, sell at TrashAmerica Pawn, refuel at Exon
  4. Buy Crowbar and a bigger backpack before fancy guns
  5. Repeat steal → pawn → refuel, then push Kansas → Oklahoma → Texas → Mexico

Where this comes from

First-partyRoblox / OP.GG experience framing confirms RUNAWAYS [beta] by supercat games — rob, pawn, outrun police, reach the border.
Multi-sourceFirst-loop rob → pawn → fuel → south agrees across LDPlayer and allthings.how first-win / walkthrough / beginner guides (Sep 2026).
Our own runsYouTube full beginner loop (CVavlDEJir0) and tips video (hfeScZT6Tno) show the early house → pawn → gas pacing and border prep — not an in-client HUD capture this pass.
UnknownLive code redeem success and exact Credz vs Cash pools for RUN remain unverified in-client.

Before you leave the lobby

  1. Open Shop (left) → Codes and redeem SUPERCAT and RUN if they still work (this wiki lists both as unverified until you confirm in-client).
  2. Open CLASSES and leave Basic as soon as you can afford Scout (or Smuggler if you spend Robux).
  3. Talk to the Vehicles vendor near Randy’s Garage only if you already have spare Credz — Claptima is enough for the tutorial towns.
  4. Memorize the bindings on the Controls guide (especially E, X, Q, F, C).

First five minutes in a run

  1. Follow the green floor arrows / contact prompts if they appear — they teach the first robbery and pawn stop.
  2. Enter the nearest house, press E to grab small valuables (jewelry, electronics), and leave before the backup timer owns you.
  3. Drive to TrashAmerica Pawn, sell everything, and bank the Cash.
  4. Drive to an Exon gas station, fill the tank, and steal the register only if you can leave the search area afterward.
  5. Buy a Crowbar and a bigger backpack at the pawn shop as soon as Cash allows — safes, ATMs, and registers pay far better than loose household junk.

Repeatable loop

  1. Steal high-value targets (safes / ATMs / registers with Crowbar; skip oversized junk that fills the bag).
  2. Pawn before a long drive or before heat gets loud.
  3. Refuel before every state push — fuel cost and distance both punish empty tanks.
  4. Break line of sight and leave the marked search area when police spawn; do not farm one more toaster under sirens.
  5. Attach bulky loot to the car with Q when the bag is full, or X drop trash.

Southbound checklist

  1. Cross Kansas fueled and with Crowbar + bag.
  2. Recycle the same loop in Oklahoma, then Texas (denser safes — farm here if heat is manageable).
  3. Top off fuel and meds before the final highway stretch.
  4. At the Mexico gate, trigger the border escape — the run ends on the escape screen (“YOU ESCAPED” / Bienvenido), not on a painted line alone.
  5. Confirm badges: state checkpoints along the way, International Fugitive on Mexico.

Soft stop / hard stop

  • Soft stop: you can rob → pawn → refuel without dying, and you own Crowbar + a backpack.
  • Hard stop (first win): you crossed all four borders and saw the escape summary (distance, Cash, wanted, borders 4/4).

Do not

  • Spend early Credz on Chunk Mover if Charged is within reach — Claptima teaches the map fine.
  • Fight every officer; combat raises pressure and burns meds.
  • Enter a long highway with a near-empty tank.
  • Ignore inventory discipline — full bags of junk lose runs when you cannot pick up a safe payout.

Still unknown

  • SUPERCAT / RUN not redeemed in-client this pass (keep unverified).
  • Whether early Credz should skip Chunk Mover for Charged depends on live store prices.
  • Exact fuel cost curve further south needs in-client confirm.
